The YouTube converter interacts with YouTube but Vocal Division is not affiliated with YouTube. We have no control over YouTube's content, privacy policies, or practices. Vocal Division does not host videos. You expressly release Vocal Division from any liability arising from your use of YouTube.

Vocal Division grants you permission to use the YouTube converter, provided that:

• You will not copy, distribute, or modify the service without authorization
• You will not send spam or malicious content
• You will not disrupt our servers or networks
• You comply with these Terms

YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOCAL DIVISION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES. We make no warranties about accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted service, or absence of bugs/viruses.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vocal Division shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from:

• Use of the YouTube converter
• Errors in converted content
• Server access or data issues
• Service interruptions
• Bugs, viruses, or harmful code

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Vocal Division from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the YouTube converter
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Your violation of YouTube's Terms of Service
